Fume scrubbers

Johndec mist eliminator matt

Johndec Mist Eliminator Matt is the latest generation of filter media.

Johndec Mist Eliminator Matt is made of curly fibre Thermo-polypropylene Compounds (TPPC) that are formed into layers and shapes of different thicknesses. The formula of the TPPC and the thickness of the fibre used will determine the structure of the filter media, their specific surface, their density and stiffness.

FEATURES AND CHARACTERISTICS:

  • The high free volume of Mist Eliminator and its excellent 3 dimensional distribution of the fibres allow for a smooth and even flow throughout the filter media.
  • Stepwise transition from mechanical to mist filtration if the mats are used in correct
  • Fast and Easy cleaning.
  • Sufficiently rigid for vertical and horizontal installation.
  • Resistant to corrosion, weather, light, temperature fluctuations and chemicals.
  • The material is non-toxic, recyclable, safe to use and friendly to the environment.

APPLICATIONS FOR USE:

  • Fume Scrubbers.
  • De-gassing of water.
  • Submerged bed filter.
  • Anti-clogging of pumps.
  • Mechanical prefiltration.
